In an recent video which Mandira shared on her instagram, she is seen doing a core exercises with effortless ease. She started off with a leg raise and thereafter, touched the ground in the opposite direction with her feet in that posture. It is quite difficult to understand what Mandura did untill and unless you watch the video. While sharing the post she wrote,"My core needed a scoreso put a little work in".

Mandira fans and followers were stunned to see her doing the difficult exercise, and one of the instagram user commented, "Seriously? How did you do it?"
